Bet you didn’t know what a talented group of guests we have here at the BPKF. The craft show is a chance for our guests and the public to get a glimpse into how crafty our campers are and an opportunity to buy some of their wares to take home. The BPKFL sets up the tables, and our guests display their talents. Attendees get the chance to buy some hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind items. The BPKFL even gets into the spirit by selling large slices of homemade pie with ice cream for just $2.
In addition to the craft show, there was a raffle to raise money for the “Fun Fund.” The Fun Fund is a BPKFL tradition. Guests are able to use the funds in this account to buy items that they believe will improve their camp experience. Examples of past items purchased by the Fun Fund include water fountains, playground equipment and more. What will our guests buy this year? Stay tuned!
This event would not be possible without the volunteers that bake and serve our pies, and the organizational skills of Diane Giorlando. Special thanks to all the artists that participated including:
